Ingredients

  • 4 cups pineapple (frozen diced)

  • 2 cups banana (frozen diced)
  • 1 cup mango (frozen diced)
  • 1 celery rib (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 lime
  • 3.4 cup water

PREPARATION

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

Yield: 2 12oz cups | Prep Time: 5 minutes
